Member guide
A Member is a verified user who can send money and use the full wallet.
Becoming a Member
See Membership for the steps and documents. After approval your dashboard shows the Member menu.
What Members get
- Remittance India → Nepal through IME or Prabhu. See IME and Prabhu.
- A personal wallet with top-up by bank transfer.
- ID card (request from your dashboard; a fee may apply).
- Everything a User can do.
- Membership is valid for a set period (normally one year). You get a reminder before it ends; renew from the dashboard.
Sending money: the short version
- Add the sender (you) once, with KYC.
- Add the receiver (the person in Nepal): name, relation, bank or wallet details.
- Enter the amount; the app shows the exchange rate, the charges and what the receiver gets.
- Confirm. The amount and charges are held in your wallet, the transfer is sent, and the hold becomes a debit once the provider confirms.
- If a transfer fails, the held amount is released back to you automatically.
Re-KYC
If you were moved over from the old app, a one-time free Re-KYC may be asked. Complete it from the banner on your dashboard.
