Who is who

Every person on Online Saathi has one role. You start as a User and can move up by applying and paying the fee set by your White Label.

Role	In plain words	What you can do
User	Anyone who registers	Pay bills, book bus tickets and events, apply for jobs and government schemes, use the community
Member	A paid, KYC-verified user	Everything a User does, plus money transfer to Nepal (IME / Prabhu) and wallet top-up
Agent / Saathi	A field agent who helps people	Creates Members, helps with bookings and applications, earns commission
Business Partner	An employer or bus / event operator	Posts jobs, runs bus and event operations
District / State / Country Partner	Regional partners above the Saathi	Manage the network below them and earn a share of commission
White Label (WL) Admin	The owner of one branded Online Saathi	Runs the whole brand: users, fees, wallet approvals, services

How you move up

Register as a User (mobile number + OTP, 18+ years).
Open Apply in your dashboard and choose the role: Member, Saathi, Business Partner, and so on.
Fill the form, upload your KYC, pay the fee (shown before you pay; it depends on your location).
Your White Label (or your upline) reviews it. Once approved, your role changes and the new menu appears.

A Member can become a Saathi or Business Partner. Higher partner roles can be applied for from User, Member or the role just below.
