How to become a member of Online Saathi.
Step-by-Step Membership Process​
Step 1: Log In​
Log in to the app using your mobile number and password.
Step 2: Go to Membership Section​
From the home screen, tap "Become a Member" or the "Membership" option.
Step 3: Check Membership Price​
The membership fee will be displayed. The fee varies based on your region and the current scheme.
Step 4: Fill in the Application Form​
Provide all required details:

| Personal Info | Name, DOB, Gender, Marital Status |
| Contact | Mobile, Email, Current Address |
| Identity Proof | Aadhaar, PAN, or other accepted ID |
| Address Proof | Utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement |
| Documents | Upload scanned copies of the above |
Step 5: Make Payment​
After submitting the application, the Razorpay payment gateway will open.
- Pay via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking
- On successful payment, you will receive a confirmation
Step 6: Wait for Admin Approval​
Your application will be reviewed by an admin:
- Approved → You become a member
- Rejected → A reason will be provided (you can reapply)
Step 7: Membership Active​
You will receive a notification on approval. Your status will now show as Member.
Check Membership Status​
To check your membership status at any time:
- Go to Profile → Membership
- Status will show: Active / Pending / Rejected
