Agent guide
An Agent (Saathi) is the person who brings Online Saathi to people in their area. Agents help with registration, applications and bookings, and earn commission on the work that follows.
What an Agent does​
- Registers people (creates User or Member accounts, with their consent) and guides their KYC.
- Helps with services: money transfer, bill payments, bus and event bookings, job and scheme applications.
- Refers others with a personal referral link or code. People who join through the link are placed in your network.
What an Agent earns​
- A commission on services used by the people in your network. The share depends on the commission plan your White Label has set for your location and role.
- Commission is credited to your wallet and shown in My Commission. A small TDS may be deducted as per law; it is shown separately.
- Income and expenses are listed in Income & Expense.
Daily work​
- Sign in and open the Saathi dashboard.
- Add or look up a customer.
- Do the service for them (or guide them) from your account.
- Check My Transactions and My Commission at the end of the day.
Becoming an Agent​
Apply for Saathi from your dashboard (Users and Members can apply). After approval you see the Saathi menu. Detailed guides for Saathis are in the Saathi & Business section (login required).
