Login Process

How to log in to the Online Saathi platform.

Requirements​

  • Mobile Number — Your registered mobile number (must be able to receive SMS)
  • Password — The password you set during registration
  • If you haven't registered yet, complete Sign Up first

Step-by-Step Login​

1. Open the App​

Launch the app. You will see the Login screen.

2. Enter Mobile Number​

Enter your registered mobile number.

3. Enter Password​

Enter your password.

4. Tap Login​

Tap the Login button. On success, you will be taken to the home screen.

New User? Register First​

If you don't have an account yet:

  1. Tap the Sign Up button
  2. Enter your Mobile Number → Tap Send OTP
  3. An OTP will arrive via SMS → Enter the OTP → Tap Verify
  4. Fill in your personal details:
    • Full Name
    • Gender
    • Date of Birth
    • Password (set a new one)
  5. Tap Register — your account will be created

After Registration​

You can now log in using your mobile number and password.

Forgot Password?​

If you have forgotten your password:

  1. Tap the Forgot Password? link
  2. Enter your mobile number
  3. Enter the OTP received on your mobile
  4. Set a new password
  5. Log in with your new password

After Login​

Once logged in, you can:

  • View and edit your profile
  • Apply for membership
  • Send remittances (IME / Prabhu)
  • Top up your wallet
  • Browse and apply for jobs
  • Create support tickets
