ID card

Members and Saathis can get an Online Saathi ID card.

Request one

1. Open My Profile and find the ID Generate tile.
2. Tap it and send the request. A fee may apply; it is shown before you confirm and is taken from your wallet.
3. The tile shows where the request is: not requested, pending, approved, or rejected with a reason.

View and download

After approval, open the Identity Card from your profile. It has a Front and a Back tab. Your card shows your public ID (a short code, never a long internal number) and your photo.

If the photo or details are wrong

Update your profile first, then request again. Ask your Saathi or White Label support if you are stuck.
