Pay bills and recharge from your wallet. Open Services and pick the category.
India (BBPS)
Mobile prepaid and postpaid, electricity, DTH, broadband and landline, water, piped gas, FASTag, insurance premium, loan / EMI and municipal tax.
- Choose the category and the biller (operator).
- Enter the number (mobile, consumer number, etc.) and fetch the bill or choose the plan / amount.
- Check the amount and confirm. The amount is taken from your wallet.

For a WorldLink payment, choose the package first.
If a payment does not go through
Your wallet is charged only when the provider confirms the payment. If the provider rejects it, the money is released and you see a message saying why. If the answer is slow, the status shows Pending and the amount stays held until it is settled; do not pay again, check My Transaction. You can raise a support ticket with the reference number.
